• All packages are subject to a 12-month or 24-month contract or 12-month up front payment.
  
  
• Clients not wishing to commit to a 12-month contract or up front payment will have to pay a Design and Creation fee, this excludes the Free Listing.
  
  
• Creation of websites will only start once the client has approved a design and all the client information has been received. For this reason we would like to invite our clients to come and visit us at our offices, bring the information you want on the website and relevant logos and photos along. This will greatly speed up the development process and remove any misunderstandings.
  
  
• Free monthly updates include changes like specials, new products, basic information changes, etc. And may not exceed the time limit specified. When changes exceed the time limit you will be notified and upon approval invoiced R200.00 incl. VAT per hour at the end of the month.
  
  
• Free monthly updates must be posted, e-mailed or delivered to the MICS Group premises unless otherwise arranged with the CenturionWeb Webmaster.
  
  
• Cancellation of an account after the 12-month period has expired will require one month's written notice faxed to 012 460 1001 for attention CenturionWeb Webmaster.
  
  
• Centurion Web will not automatically Remove any website after the contract has expired for Client protection, clients need to inform the CenturionWeb Webmaster if they wish to cancel.
  
  
• CenturionWeb upholds the right to remove a website or database entry from our database if
  • Client accounts are not kept up-to date
  • Any material deemed unfit or pornographic in nature (including any nudity) is displayed
