Load Control
The Council operates a Zellweger ripple control unit which monitors the peak demand at Eskom. This system enables the Council to switch consumers' geysers off when a peak demand is being registered. If you are in any doubt about the reason for your cold water, ring the control room first, before you request an electrician to investigate the problem.
